Infrastructure
We boast of having 6 aluminum extrusion presses under one roof  that have the potential to achieve highest production in the country. We constantly upgrade the existing technology and introduce new techniques and procedures. We are working with a highly motivated and talented technicians and engineers who have strong commitment to achieve greater heights of excellence and take the company to the unscaled zone of success. We have been the forerunner in installing several technological and modern equipments in order to obtain high quality profiles. We have developed an in-house foundry equipped with Hot Top casting technology imported from USA, along with the most modern melting and holding furnaces. The adoption of such modern technology produces highly refined close grained and oxide free logs with a superior finish on the extruded sections.

With the cooperation of expert team members and a highly active quality control department, we follow a stringent quality assurance programme through which we are motivated to ensure reliable quality at a competitive price. To detect and prevent any flaw during the manufacturing process, we maintain a strict control over each phase of production. Standing testimony to our achievement is the IS/ISO 9001:2000 certification, awarded by the Bureau of Indian Standards which is the first one in the entire aluminum extrusion industry. Our full-fledged Quality Assurance and Technical Service Department established within our premises along with the state-of-the-art equipments take care of the metal analysis, mechanical testing, metallographic examination and other studies.
